Olivia holds an Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD (France), a Master in International Management from SDA Bocconi (Italy), and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bryn Mawr College (US). Vasco Patrício is an executive coach that helps his clients with the biggest problems he’s faced himself throughout life: influence and performance.
After a career born and incubated in the startup world, both as an alum and part of the MIT-Portugal IEI startup accelerator, the corporate world and later in his own practice, Vasco has tackled common issues such as effectively leading talent and convincing stakeholders with different communication styles, while still performing in face of high-pressure situations.
At present, Vasco uses exclusive and proprietary techniques learned throughout his experiences. Although he works with executives in multiple sectors, and with a preference for ESG initiatives, he has over time developed a specialization in high finance (Private Equity, Venture Capital and Hedge Funds).
